** Warrants

Warrant service, 1 a.m. Feb. 13, Warrenton Mini Mart. Lonie C. Davis, 40, with no known address, was arrested on a contempt of court warrant.

** Thefts and burglaries

Vehicle burglary, 10:58 a.m. Feb. 10, 500 block Northwest First Street. A backpack containing an iPad, books and paperwork were stolen from an unlocked pickup. Most of the items from the backpack were found a mile away in a horse pasture, although the backpack was gone.

** Suspicious circumstances/disturbances

Harassment, 2:55 p.m. Feb. 13, Rite Aid. A customer who was upset about having to ring up candy she wanted to purchase threw the items at the employee and left the store.

** Vehicles

Two-vehicle noninjury collision, 12:12 p.m. Feb. 11, Highway 101 at Dolphin Avenue.

Expired plates, 3:26 p.m. Feb. 12, Highway 101 near Harbor Drive. Driver cited.

Traffic stop, 1 a.m. Feb. 13, Warrenton Boat Basin. Driver cited for driving while suspended and driving without insurance.

Two-vehicle noninjury collision, 1:11 p.m. Feb. 14, 91800 block Highway 104.
