** Warrants

Shoplifting suspect observed in area, 8:43 p.m. Feb. 20, 1600 block Ensign Lane. Keith Allen Greenawald, 43, of Seaside was arrested on multiple outstanding warrants, including contempt of court.

Warrant service, 6:39 p.m. Feb. 21, 500 block Northwest Seventh Place. Lissa Kay Maddox, 38, with no known address, was arrested on warrants for failure to appear in court.

** Thefts and burglaries

Theft and vandalism, 8:38 a.m. Feb. 15, 300 block Southeast Marlin Avenue. Someone stole two exterior heat pumps valued at $1,000 and damaged wire mesh.

Shoplifting, 6:42 p.m. Feb. 15, Walmart. Tahnika D. Michell, 26, of Ocean Park, Wash., was arrested on suspicion of second-degree theft, third-degree criminal mischief and escape after she allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for $125 in ammunition, pellet guns, headlights and other items. She also attempted to flee when confronted by store security and Warrenton Police.

Shoplifting, 7:59 p.m. Feb. 15, Walmart. Kimberly A. Pollard, 53, and Debra K. Meeuwsen, 57, both of Astoria, were each cited for third-degree theft and third-degree criminal mischief after they allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for $93 in clothes, makeup, jewelry and other items.

Vehicle burglary, 8:54 a.m. Feb. 16, 1200 block Southwest Ninth Street. Someone stole a Carhartt jacket and a construction tool from a pickup.

Theft of bottles and cans, 10:56 a.m. Feb. 16, Main Street Market.

Shoplifting, 4:07 p.m. Feb. 16, O’Reilly Auto Parts. A man left the store without paying for $52 in vehicle lights and adapters.

Shoplifting and return fraud, 7 p.m. Feb. 16, Walmart. Jennifer R. Meyers, 34, of Vernonia was cited for criminal third-degree theft, criminal mischief and theft by receiving after she allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for $28 in merchandise and attempted to return an item she’d taken off the shelf with an old receipt.

Theft of items from hotel room, 5:11 p.m. Feb. 17, Shilo Inn. Crystal Marie Fredin, 36, of Wichita, Kansas, was cited for criminal second-degree theft.

Shoplifting, midnight Feb. 18, Walmart. Alaina L. Burns, 29, of Astoria was cited for criminal third-degree theft after she allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for $40 in makeup and household items.

Identity theft and fraudulent use of credit card, 12:18 p.m. Feb. 19, 1200 block Southwest Ridge Road. A man who forgot his wallet at an acquaintance’s home found a $100 fraudulent purchase made with his credit card.

Shoplifting, 1:28 p.m. Feb. 21, Fred Meyer. Natalie N. Leissler, 24, of Portland was cited for second-degree theft and criminal trespassing after she allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for $374 in makeup.

Burglary, 3:48 p.m. Feb. 21, 500 block Southwest First Place. Someone entered a garage and stole more than $3,000 in security cameras, tools and ammunition.

Shoplifting, 8:45 p.m. Feb. 23, Walmart. Megan L. Wright, 38, of Shelton, Wash., was arrested on suspicion of attempting to leave the store without paying for $69 in clothes and merchandise.

Shoplifting, 6:52 p.m. Feb. 24, Walmart. Shendell J. Rodriguez, 25, of Seaside was arrested on suspicion of third-degree theft and criminal trespassing after she attempted to leave the store without paying for $9 in merchandise. She’d previously been trespassed from the store.

Shoplifting, 11:43 p.m. Feb. 24, Walmart. Karen Michelle White, 28, of Long Beach, Wash., was arrested on suspicion of second-degree theft after she attempted to leave the store without paying for $319 in pet and electronics items.

Vehicle burglary, 1:29 a.m. Feb. 26, 1000 block South Main Avenue. Someone stole a wallet from an unlocked vehicle.

** Suspicious circumstances/disturbances

Disturbance, 7 p.m. Feb. 14, 100 block Southwest Alder Avenue. Krysta Nicole Schluter, 21, of Warrenton was arrested on suspicion of interfering with a police officer.

Criminal mischief, 7:40 a.m. Feb. 19, men’s restroom at Robinson Community Park. Someone caused $300 damage by spray-painting the walls and a stall.

Computer scam, 11:34 a.m. Feb. 19, 800 block Southwest Jade Ave. Victim received an email from someone who knew her former password and stating she had a virus on her computer. The suspect wanted a ransom of $700 to prevent damage.

Switched license plates, 11:34 a.m. Feb. 15, Harbor Drive at Galena Avenue. Scott A. McKinnon, 40, of Astoria was cited for criminal failure to carry and present a license, illegal display of plates, driving while suspended, driving without insurance and failure to register a vehicle.

Traffic stop, 12:04 p.m. Feb. 15, Ridge Road at Jetty Road. Beau D. Hicks, 35, of Berry Creek, Calif., was cited for criminal failure to carry and present a license, driving without insurance, driving while suspended and improper display of stickers.

Traffic stop, 1:05 p.m. Feb. 16, Ensign Lane at Highway 101. Driver cited for driving uninsured and failing to register his vehicle.

Traffic stop, 3:21 p.m. Feb. 16, Ridge Road at Peter Iredale Road. Driver cited for having no valid operator’s license.

Speeding, 12:10 p.m. Feb. 17, Ridge Road at soccer fields. Driver cited for going 68 in a 45 mph zone.

Running a stop sign, 3:12 p.m. Feb. 17, Harbor Drive at Marlin Avenue. Driver cited.

Running a stoplight, 4:08 p.m. Feb. 17, Ensign Lane at Discovery Avenue. Driver cited.

Two-vehicle noninjury collision, 2:50 p.m. Feb. 18, Ensign Lane at Discovery Avenue. One driver cited for failing to yield the right of way.

Drunken driving, 10:05 p.m. Feb. 19, four-way stop. Bethany Z. Rise, 29, of Hammond was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants and cited for driving while suspended and driving without insurance. Her blood-alcohol content was recorded at 0.15 percent.

Traffic stop, 8:29 a.m. Feb. 22, Main Avenue at Skipanon Drive. Driver cited for failing to renew registration.

Traffic stop, 9:55 a.m. Feb. 22, Highway 101 at Youngs Bay Bridge. Driver cited for driving without insurance and having no valid operator’s license.

Traffic stop, 11:37 a.m. Feb. 22, Ensign Lane at Alternate Highway 101. Driver cited for failing to renew registration.

Three-vehicle noninjury collision, 1:28 p.m. Feb. 22, Highway 101 near Rite Aid.

Speeding, 7:40 a.m. Feb. 23, Highway 101 at Alternate Highway 101. Driver cited for going 65 in a 45 mph zone.

Hit-and-run collision, 2:37 p.m. Feb. 23, Fred Meyer.

Four-vehicle collision with multiple injuries, 11:08 a.m. Feb. 24, Highway 101 at Sunset Beach Lane.

Traffic stop, 4:55 p.m. Feb. 24, Highway 101 at Ensign Lane. Driver cited for driving without insurance.

Two-vehicle noninjury crash, 11:27 a.m. Feb. 25, Goodwill parking lot.

Traffic stop, 11:41 a.m. Feb. 25, Highway 101 at Ensign Lane. Driver cited for expired plates.

Running a stop sign, 1:48 p.m. Feb. 25, Main Avenue at Harbor Drive. Cody Blocker-Osborne, 21, of Warrenton was cited for criminal failure to carry and present a license, driving while suspended and failing to obey a traffic-control device.
