** Warrants

Warrant service, 11:43 p.m. March 19, Walmart. Orion Shay Adamson, 44, of Warrenton was arrested on a warrant from Washington Department of Corrections.

Warrant service, 2:26 a.m. March 22, Iredale and River Beach roads. Ashley E. Nolan, 29, of Seaside was arrested on a contempt of court warrant.

** Thefts and burglaries

Theft of gasoline, 9:20 a.m. March 12, Warrenton Mini Mart. Sara Jane Herman, 24, of Long Beach, Wash., was cited for criminal third-degree theft after she left the property without paying for $48 in gasoline.

Shoplifting, 5 p.m. March 18, Walmart. Chelsey Jean Gutierrez, 28, and Lonny Alan Baker, 30, both of Seaside, were cited for third-degree theft after allegedly attempting to leave the store without paying for $45 in clothes and a wallet.

Shoplifting, 11:59 p.m. March 23, Walmart. Elizabeth A. Nelson, 37, of Astoria was cited for criminal third-degree theft after she allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for $40 in clothes, food and shoes.

Shoplifting, 11:19 a.m. March 24, Walmart. Hazel Jo Silva, 19, of Astoria was cited for third-degree theft and criminal mischief for incidents that occurred March 22 and 24. She is accused of leaving the store without paying for $58 in clothes.

** Suspicious circumstances/disturbances

Dog at large, 10:59 a.m. March 19, 300 block Southwest Second Street. Dog’s owner was cited.

** Vehicles

Traffic stop, 12:54 p.m. March 19, Southeast Third and Anchor streets. Joyce Marie Igalo, 57, of Warrenton was cited for criminal use or possession of an invalid driver’s license, driving while suspended and driving without insurance.

Traffic stop, 10:53 p.m. March 19, Cedar and Northwest First Street. Driver cited for driving while suspended.

Hit-and-run collision, 12:31 p.m. March 22, Dairy Queen parking lot.

Traffic stop, 6:06 p.m. March 22, Anchor Avenue at Southeast Third Street. Driver cited for driving while suspended and driving without insurance.

Traffic stop, 1:39 p.m. March 23, Highway 101 at Highway 104. Driver cited for failing to carry insurance.

Traffic stop, 2:48 p.m. March 23, DeLaura Beach Road at Strawberry Knoll. Curtis R. Schluter, 23, of Warrenton was cited for criminal failure to carry and present a license and for driving while suspended and driving without insurance.

Traffic stop, 7:04 p.m. March 23, Highway 101 at Ensign Lane. Jonathan E. Walgren, 28, of Gearhart was cited for criminal driving while suspended, failing to present a license and driving without insurance.

Running a stoplight, 4:01 p.m. March 24, Highway 101 at Ensign Lane. Driver cited.

Female who fell, resulting in laceration, 8:32 p.m. March 18, 2000 block Southeast Dolphin Avenue.

Male with difficulty breathing, 6:49 p.m. March 19, 1600 block Southeast Ensign Lane.

Male with difficulty breathing, 8:52 a.m. March 20, 300 block Southwest Kalmia Avenue.

Welfare check on pregnant female, 10:02 a.m. March 20, 1200 block Alternate Highway 101.

Unresponsive female, 11:58 a.m. March 21, 200 block Southeast Galena Avenue.

Female requesting transport, 10:56 a.m. March 22, 90900 block Highway 101.

Male child having seizure, 2:28 p.m. March 22, 33600 block Rainbows End Lane.

Female fall patient with hip pain, 1:44 a.m. March 23, 90900 block Highway 101.

Male who believes he’s been poisoned, 2:01 p.m. March 23, 200 block Tyee Street.

Unresponsive male, 4:05 p.m. March 24, 33200 block Sunset Beach Lane.
