** Warrants

Warrant service, 8:06 p.m. May 20, Costco. Timothy Dean Yaakola, 47, of Warrenton was arrested on a warrant issued by Clatsop County Parole and Probation.

** Thefts and burglaries

Shoplifting, 10:20 a.m. May 23, Rite Aid. Nicholus Allen Lyons, 36, of Astoria was arrested on suspicion of third-degree theft after he attempted to leave the store without paying for a $4 bottle of wine. He was taken to Clatsop County Jail when it was discovered he also had a warrant for failure to appear in court.

** Suspicious circumstances/disturbances

Disturbance, 7:52 p.m. May 24, Fred Meyer. Levi Trent Smith, 31, no known address, was arrested on suspicion of second-degree disorderly conduct and a warrant from Clatsop County Parole and Probation.

** Vehicles

Two-vehicle collision, no injuries, 9:41 a.m. May 20, Ensign and Discovery lanes. One driver was cited for running a stoplight.

Single vehicle over the breakwater, no injuries, 5:49 p.m. May 2o, Hammond Marina. Ronald Wesley Cordell, 71, of Hammond was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants and booked at Clatsop County Jail, where his blood-alcohol level was recorded at 0.15 percent.

Two-vehicle collision, no injuries, 1:33 p.m. May 23, 500 block Pacific Drive.

Using a cell phone while driving, 6:05 p.m. May 23, Southeast 19th Street at Ensign Lane. Driver cited and received second citation for driving while suspended.

Speeding, 3:55 p.m. May 24, Ridge Road at Southwest Ninth Street. Driver cited for going 68 in a 45 mph zone.

Traffic stop, 4:55 p.m. May 24, Robinson Community Park. Driver cited for driving while suspended and driving without insurance.

Speeding, 11:20 p.m. May 25, Highway 101 at Alternate Highway 101. Driver cited for going 60 in a 45 mph zone.

Drunken driving, 12:26 a.m. May 26, Alternate Highway 101 at South Main Avenue. Shawn D. Driggers, 30, of Grand Rapids, Mich., was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless endangerment. He was booked at Clatsop County Jail, where his blood-alcohol level was recorded at 0.10 percent.

Expired plates, 7:26 p.m. May 27, Alternate Highway 101 at Dolphin Avenue. Driver was cited for driving while suspended, driving without insurances and expired vehicle license.

Campfire behind O’Reilly’s Auto Parts, 9:57 p.m. May 22, 1600 block Ensign Lane.

Smell of gas, 11:02 p.m. May 26, 2000 block Huckleberry Lane.

Female with hand caught in rocks, 9:13 p.m. May 21, Hammond Marina viewpoint.

Male with difficulty breathing, 3:22 a.m. May 22, Fort Stevens State Park.

Female with sudden migraine headache, 3:51 a.m. May 22, 1100 block Northwest Warrenton Drive.

Female with difficulty breathing, 9:57 a.m. May 22, 0-100 block Northwest Birch Court.

Male with possible broken hip, 1:49 p.m. May 23, 200 block Southwest Alder Avenue.

Female with difficulty breathing, 9:44 a.m. May 24, 200 block Southwest Second Street.

Female juvenile with allergic reaction, 5:35 p.m. May 24, 1700 block Ensign Lane.

Female with neck pain, 10:32 p.m. May 24, 1600 block Ensign Lane.

Male assault victim, 11:55 p.m. May 24, 0-100 block Southwest Birch Court.

Male coughing up blood, 12:31 p.m. May 25, 0-100 block Southeast 13th Place.

Male who’s dizzy after fall, 4:33 p.m. May 25, 800 block Fifth Avenue.
