** Warrants

Warrant service, 11:50 p.m. June 21, Walmart. Courtnie Marie Wofford, 24, no known address, was arrested on multiple warrants.

Warrant service, 9:04 a.m. June 23, 300 block Alternate Highway 101. Jasmine Savahn Reynolds, 22, of Warrenton was arrested on a warrant from Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office.

Warrant service, 1:33 p.m. June 23, East Harbor Drive at Neptune Avenue. Joshua Lee Dickherber, 28, of Salem was arrested on multiple out-of-county warrants.

Warrant service, 3:17 p.m. June 24, 500 block Southwest First Place. Curtis Russel Schluter, 23, of Warrenton was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant from Warrenton Municipal Court.

** Thefts and burglaries

Shoplifting, 10 a.m. June 20, Walmart. Brandon E. Sinclair, 23, no known address, was cited for third-degree theft after he allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for $40 in clothes.

Shoplifting, 6 p.m. June 20, Walmart. Lucas Alan Trinklein, 19, of Lake City, Mich., was cited for third-degree theft after he allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for $8 in sporting goods.

Shoplifting, 10:31 p.m. June 20, Walmart. Craig J. Yaun, 55, of Long Beach, Wash., and Charla Lynn Hodges, 57, of Ocean Park, Wash., were cited for second-degree theft and criminal mischief after they allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for $146 in batteries, coffee, food and toiletries. A third person, Michael Wayne Truitt, 60, of Ilwaco, Wash., was cited for being a suspected accomplice to the theft and product damage.

Shoplifting, 12:07 a.m. June 22, Walmart. Jessica A. Heckart, 32, of Gearhart was cited for third-degree theft and criminal mischief after she allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for $20 worth of batteries, a charger, lighters and tea.

Shoplifting, 3:50 p.m. June 22, Walmart. Destiny Doner and Isaiah Schlappi, both 18 and from Astoria, were cited for third-degree theft after they allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for $14 in food and clothes. Doner also was cited for criminal mischief for allegedly damaging some merchandise.

Shoplifting, 7:20 p.m. June 23, Walmart. Nikayla N. Roach, 26, of Ilwaco, Wash., was cited for third-degree theft and criminal mischief after she allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for $63 in clothes, toiletries and batteries.

** Suspicious circumstances/disturbances

Criminal mischief, 12:07 p.m. June 18, 800 block East Harbor Drive. A man reported someone broke the lens on his work truck’s tail light and took the bulb. Total damage: $51.

Fraud, 2:50 p.m. June 19, 300 block Southwest Juniper Avenue. A man reported two cases of fraudulent use of his identity occurring in Michigan.

Trespassing, 10:35 p.m. June 21, Goodwill. Frank K. Nimz, 28, of Warrenton was arrested on suspicion of criminal trespassing, unlawful possession of a weapon with intent to use, and felon in possession of a restricted weapon.

Trespassing, 5:12 p.m. June 22, Fred Meyer. Nimz was cited again for criminal trespassing, but at Fred Meyer, when he returned to the store from which he’d already been trespassed.

** Vehicles

Motor vehicle collision, no injuries, 10:48 p.m. June 18, 200 block Tyee Street.

Traffic stop, 9:54 p.m. June 19, Highway 101 at Marlin Avenue. Jessica A. Heckart, 42, no known address, was cited for criminal failure to carry and present a license and for driving while suspended and driving without insurance.

Traffic stop, 1:18 a.m. June 20, East Harbor Drive at Pacific Street. Rochelle M. Hodgkiss, 34, of Auburn, Wash., was cited for criminal failure to carry and present a license and for driving without insurance and having no valid operator’s license.

Speeding, 5:59 a.m. June 21, Skipanon Driver at Northeast First Street. Driver cited for going 45 in a 25 mph zone.

Speeding, 7:55 p.m. June 21, Highway 101 at East Harbor Drive. Driver cited for going 69 in a 45 mph zone.

Vehicle vs deer, 12:50 a.m. June 22, Northwest Warrenton Drive at 17th Place.

Vehicle vs motorcycle, no injuries, 1:33 p.m. June 22, Highway 101 at Fred Meyer.

Traffic stop, 11:49 p.m. June 22, Ensign Lane near Home Depot. Driver cited for having no license.

Expired license plates, 7:57 p.m. June 24, Southwest 18th Street at Moore Road. Driver cited for plates, driving while suspended and driving without insurance.

Brush fire, 11:28 a.m. June 20, Jetty Road in Fort Stevens State Park.

Provide mutual aid for brush fire, 12:50 p.m. June 23, along Kwiss Kwiss Trail, Fort Clatsop.

Camp fire on river beach, 7:25 p.m. June 23, Fort Stevens State Park.

Male suicide attempt, 8:49 a.m. June 19, 400 block Northwest Ridge Road.

Female asleep in car, 7:37 p.m. June 19, 100 block South Highway 101.

Male with lower abdominal pain, 3:48 a.m. June 20, 100 block Northwest Fourth Street.

Male who fell and struck head, 10 p.m. June 20, 1100 block Southwest Pine Drive.
