Thefts and burglaries

Theft of cell phone, 8 p.m. April 11, Fultano’s Pizza.

Shoplifting, 9:29 a.m. April 21, Home Depot. Suspect fled on bicycle with $400 with of tools.

Stolen bicycle, 12:18 p.m. April 21, 900 block Northwest Warrenton Drive.

Theft of propane bottles, 1 p.m. April 18, 0-100 block Northeast Heron Avenue.

Suspicious circumstances/disturbances

Female throwing food and other items at male, 6:25 p.m. April 16, Fred Meyer parking lot. Dispute settled and mess cleaned.

Disturbance, 7:15 p.m. April 17, Hammond Marina. Tyler Steven Harms, 27, of Seaside was arrested for having two outstanding warrants and was booked at Clatsop County Jail, where his blood alcohol content was recorded at 0.33 percent.

Assault, 1:48 a.m. April 18, 500 block Pacific Drive.

Disturbance, 8:16 p.m. April 18, Robinson Community Park. A local transient was yelling at a man throwing a ball with his daughter.

Dog bite, 3:35 p.m. April 19, parking lot near Trina and Ron’s Place. Three dogs were running loose and one bit and knocked over a customer. Dog’s owner contacted. Dog place on 10-day quarantine at animal shelter.

Disturbance, 10:22 a.m. April 20, 1600 block South Main Avenue. Man living in a trailer on the property believes neighbors are spying on him and drilling holes in his trailer. Case turned over to Clatsop Behavioral Health for evaluation.

Malicious mischief, 7 a.m. April 21, 0-100 block Southwest Main Court. Trey Morgan Crossgrove, 18, of Warrenton was cited for third-degree criminal mischief and released pending a court hearing.

Aggressive panhandling, 3:32 p.m. April 23, Fred Meyer. Man trespassed from property and moved along.

Vehicles

Drunken driving, 4 p.m. April 16, Harbor Drive at Heron. Kenneth R. Wardle, 30, of Seward, Alaska, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving, reckless endangering and hit-and-run with property damage (running over a stop sign). He was booked at Clatsop County Jail, where his blood alcohol content was recorded at 0.18 percent.

Motor vehicle collision – Vehicle off road, noninjury, 4:05 p.m. April 16, Highway 101 at Sunset Beach Lane.

Two-vehicle noninjury collision, 2:49 p.m. April 17, Harbor Drive at Neptune.

Parking lot collision with elderly driver leaving the scene, 10:36 a.m. April 18, Fred Meyer parking lot. Driver contacted and a DMV driver’s evaluation will be conducted.

Traffic stop, 3:35 p.m. April 18, Northwest Warrenton Drive at Seventh. Desirai S. Schehl, 26, of Seaside was cited for criminal failure to carry and present a license and driving while suspended.

Hit and run, 1:55 p.m. April 19, South Jetty Inn parking lot.

Vehicle off road, noninjury, 6:32 p.m. April 19, 91600 block Highway 101.

Driving laws violation, 7:30 p.m. April 19, Northwest Warrenton Drive at Seventh. The driver, a 16-year-old girl from Warrenton who’d had her license less than six months, was cited for having two 16-year-old passengers with her.

Two-vehicle injury collision, 11:53 a.m. April 20, 300 block North Main Avenue. One driver taken to hospital for evaluation.

Using a cell phone while driving, 7:15 p.m. April 21, 700 block East Harbor Drive. Driver cited.

Two-vehicle noninjury collision, 9:36 p.m. April 21, camping area at Fort Stevens State Park.

Traffic stop, 11:57 p.m. April 21, 300 block Southeast Marlin Avenue. The driver was cited for driving while suspended. Passenger Leeann Marie Gray, 36, of Seaview, Wash., was arrested on suspicion of possessing control substances and for a contempt of court warrant.

Speeding, 5:35 p.m. April 22, Ridge Road at Southwest Ninth Street. Driver cited for going 65 in a 45 mph zone.

Drunken driving, 6:09 p.m. April 22, Ridge Road at Fort Stevens. Trent M. Cope, 20, of Astoria was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants. His blood alcohol content was recorded at 0.13 percent.

Speeding, 11:30 a.m. April 23, Ridge Road near KOA. Driver cited for going 66 in a 45 mph zone.

Vehicle burglaries, 5:35 p.m. April 23, parking lot in 1400 block Discovery Lane.

Smoke in the air, 6:16 p.m. April 17, 100 block Southwest Cedar Avenue.

Animal under dock, 8:06 a.m. April 18, Coffenbury Lake, Fort Stevens State Park.

Explosion with a lot of flames and smoke, 2:17 p.m. April 20, end of Moore Road.

Illegal open burn after dark, 8:31 p.m. April 20, 200 block Southeast Anchor Avenue.

Female with possible stroke, 5:25 p.m. April 16, 1100 block Northwest Ridge Road.

Male fall patient, 5:46 a.m. April 17, 800 block Northwest Warrenton Drive.

Female dizzy for past hour, 3:07 p.m. April 17, 600 block South Highway 101.

Female who fell with a head injury, 9:11 p.m. April 17, 500 block West Harbor Drive.
