Assaults

Assault, 11:35 p.m. April 28, 1100 block Southeast Second Street. Harold G. Peppers Jr., 49, of Warrenton was arrested on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

Thefts/burglaries

Missing or stolen purse, 3:25 p.m. April 26, 300 block Southeast Marlin Avenue.

Theft of five custom windows from construction site, 10:13 a.m. April 28, 1500 block Honeysuckle Loop. Loss was estimated at $1,500.

Stolen all-terrain vehicle, 11:15 a.m. April 28, 500 block Jetty Street, Hammond.

Theft of license plates, noon April 30, Fred Meyer parking lot.

Suspicious circumstances/disturbances

Found box of Starbucks gift cards, 4:07 p.m. April 19, 400 block Northwest Ridge Road. A box containing 225 Christmas gift cards were found after tenants were evicted.

Loud music, 1:57 a.m. April 22, 2000 block Southeast Huckleberry Avenue. Second report at same location; residents turned down music.

Suspicious vehicles, 8:23 p.m. April 22, Goodwill parking lot. Officer stopped to check on three vehicles, one of them with broken windows. Lindsay Niccole Poulsen, 27, of Astoria was arrested on suspicion of possession of two controlled substances, methamphetamine and heroin.

Noise disturbance, 5:22 p.m. April 25, 100 block Southwest Birch Avenue. Male racing motorcycle in neighborhood and revving engine.

Noise disturbance, 6:34 p.m. April 25, 100 block Southwest Birch Avenue. Man was revving his motorcycle so loudly that windows were shaking on properties near him.

Trespassing, 7:36 p.m. April 26, Fred Meyer. Misty Heather Romero, 41, of Warrenton was arrested on suspicion of criminal trespassing and booked at Clatsop County Jail.

Malicious mischief, 7 a.m. April 28, Southwest Cedar near Southwest Ninth Street. Four mailboxes torn from their posts and damaged.

Trespassing, 10:06 a.m. April 28, Walgreens parking lot. Man sleeping in red Ford Aerostar van in parking lot refuses to leave. Subject trespassed from property.

Disturbance, 9:39 p.m. April 29, Warrenton Mini Mart. Man who was harassing customers was trespassed from the business.

Criminal mischief, 9:02 a.m. April 30, Robinson Community Park. Lock to men’s restroom was damaged. Officer repaired the lock.

Trespassing, 4:01 p.m. April 30, 900 block Pacific Drive. Subject not located, but witness has photographs.

Hit-and-run, 7:34 a.m. April 24, Fred Meyer parking lot.

Abandoned vehicle, 4:35 p.m. April 24, 600 block Southwest Cedar Avenue.

Speeding, 5:20 p.m. April 24, Ridge Road near KOA. Driver cited for going 66 in a 45 mph zone.

Vehicle hit parked car, 5:16 p.m. April 26, 100 block Southwest Second Street. Driver cited for careless driving.

Hit-and-run, 8:52 a.m. April 27, Home Depot parking lot.

Two-vehicle noninjury collision, 12:35 p.m. April 27, Highway 101 at Neptune. Driver cited for following too closely.

Traffic stop, 10:07 p.m. April 27, Warrenton Drive at Ninth Street. Driver cited for driving while suspended and having no insurance.

Traffic stop, 11:57 p.m. April 27, Marlin Avenue at Southeast Second Street. Ole A. Gunderson, 41, of Raymond, Wash., was cited for criminal failure to carry and present a driver’s license and for driving while suspended.

Failure to maintain lane, 12:02 a.m. April 28, Highway 101 at East Harbor Drive. Driver cited for failing to drive in lane.

Speeding, 12:10 p.m. April 28, Ridge Road near soccer fields. Driver cited for going 65 in a 45 mph zone.

Two-vehicle noninjury collision, 2:25 p.m. April 28, Highway 101 at Ensign Lane. One driver cited for following too closely.

Drunken driving, 10:54 p.m. April 28, Southeast Second Street near Marlin Avenue. Ryan J. Cadwell, 32, of Long Beach, Wash., was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He refused to take a breath test.

Vehicle vs guard rail with injuries, 12:45 p.m. April 29, Highway 101 at Glenwood Village.

Stolen vehicle located, 2:37 a.m. April 30, 1100 block Southeast Willow Drive. A 1991 Jeep Cherokee stolen from Gresham was found abandoned with license plates stolen from a vehicle in Gearhart.

Traffic stop, 12:20 p.m. April 30, Alt Highway 101 at South Main Avenue. Driver cited for failing to obey a traffic control device.
