Suspicious circumstances and disturbances
Trespassing, 12:45 p.m. Dec. 31, 1300 block Southeast Second Street. A 38-year-old man who has been camping on the property in a recreation vehicle for several months was given 72 hours to leave.
Disturbance, 12:23 p.m. Jan. 1, Panda Express. Sarah M. Karr, 18, of Hammond was cited for minor in possession by consumption.

Traffic stop, 3:17 p.m. Dec. 29, Highway 101 at Southeast Dolphin Drive. Driver cited for driving while suspended.
Vehicle into parked car, 12:23 p.m. Dec. 30, Warrenton Post Office parking lot.
Speeding, 12:48 p.m. Dec. 30, Highway 101 at Southeast Marlin Avenue. Driver cited for going 65 in a 45 mph zone, and for having no insurance or license.
Rear-end collision, one injury, 1:05 p.m. Dec. 31, Highway 101 at Premarq Center. One driver, who complained of pain after the collision, was cited for following too closely.
Vehicle into power pole, 1:52 p.m. Dec. 31, Ensign and Bugle lanes. The 83-year-old male driver from Astoria was referred to the Department of Motor Vehicles for a doctor’s re-examination.
Vehicle into parked car, 9:42 a.m. Jan. 1, Walmart parking lot. The 64-year-old female driver was cited for having no insurance or operator’s license.
