Warrant service, 11:15 a.m. March 17, Walgreens parking lot. Fred Kelly, 53, of Warrenton was arrested on a failure-to-appear warrant.

Thefts and burglaries

Theft, 6:08 p.m. March 15, Walmart. A man left the store with a shopping cart full of groceries he didn’t purchase.

Theft of catalytic converter, 3:19 p.m. March 16, Ocean Crest Chevrolet.

Suspicious circumstances and disturbances

Disturbance, 6:39 p.m. March 17, 1400 block Discovery Lane.

Illegal camping, 7:56 a.m. March 18, Southwest Third and Alder streets.

Disturbance, 2:13 p.m. March 19, 1400 block Discovery Lane. Charles F. Seeling, 33, of Warrenton was cited for criminal harassment.

Disturbance with assault, 4:12 p.m. March 19, 1400 block Discovery Lane.

Disturbance, 10:40 p.m. March 19, Shilo Inn. Woman reported she’d just been assaulted by a male in the parking lot.

Disturbance, 1:50 p.m. March 20, 1400 block Southeast Discovery Lane. Subject sprayed two people with mace; medical aid called.

Boat house floating away from dock, 3:14 p.m. March 20, Skipanon Marina.

Burglar alarm, 11:17 a.m. March 21, Warrenton Grade School. False alarm.

Speeding, 12:52 p.m. March 16, Ridge Road near Parkview Apartments. Driver cited for going 72 in a 45 mph zone and for having no insurance.

Traffic stop, 2:31 p.m. March 16, Marlin Avenue near Les Schwab. Driver cited for having no insurance.

Traffic stop, 9:21 a.m. March 17, Ridge Road at Parkview Apartments. Driver cited for driving while suspended and having no insurance.

Running a stoplight, 5:35 p.m. March 17, Highway 101 at Neptune Avenue. Driver cited.

Two-vehicle collision, 5:25 a.m. March 18, Ensign Lane at 19th Street. One driver was cited for failing to obey a traffic-control device. The second driver had minor injuries and was taken by private vehicle to CMH Urgent Care.

Traffic stop, 5:20 p.m. March 18, Southwest Third Street at Southwest Main Court. Driver cited for having no operator’s license and no insurance.

Traffic stop, 7:09 p.m. March 18, Ensign Lane near Home Depot. Driver cited for driving while suspended and having no insurance.

Speeding, 1:30 p.m. March 19, Ridge Road at Southwest Ninth Street. Driver cited for going 63 in a 45 mph zone.
