Warrants

Warrant service, 7:12 p.m. March 29, 500 block Marlin Avenue. Jacob M. Kitzman, 29, of Warrenton was arrested on a warrant for escape and booked at Clatsop County Jail.

Warrant service, 10:43 p.m. March 29, 800 block Marlin Avenue. Mark Edward Warren, 35, no known address, was arrested on a Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office warrant for carrying a concealed weapon. He was booked at Clatsop County Jail.

Suspicious circumstances and disturbances

Bullet through window of a home, 1:04 p.m. March 26, 1000 block East Harbor Drive.

Vehicle window shot with BB gun, 2:21 p.m. March 27, 600 block East Harbor Drive.

Thefts and burglaries

Shoplifting, 7:39 p.m. March 27, Walmart. Ashly Alexandria Lukoszyk, 36, no address listed, was arrested on multiple charges.

Traffic

Careless driving, 12:30 p.m. March 20, Ridge Road new KOA. Driver cited.

Traffic stop, 2:20 p.m. March 22, South Main Avenue at DeLaura Beach Road. Driver cited for having no insurance.

Traffic stop, 2:41 p.m. March 23, Dollar Tree parking lot. Driver cited for driving while suspended and having no insurance.

Two-vehicle collision, no injuries, 4:23 p.m. March 23, Walmart parking lot. One driver was cited for having no valid license or insurance.

Traffic stop, 12:54 p.m. March 24, Harbor Drive at King Street. Driver cited for driving while suspended and having no insurance.

Vehicle sideswipe of parked transit bus, 10:51 p.m. March 26, Sunset Empire Transportation District parking lot on Northeast Skipanon Drive. Tony Z. Clemons, 38, of Warrenton was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants, unlawful possession of a firearm, reckless endangerment, failure to perform the duties of a driver involved in an accident, and reckless driving. His blood-alcohol content was recorded at 0.20 percent.

Two-vehicle collision, no injuries, 12:44 p.m. March 29, Discovery and Ensign lanes.
