Warrants

Warrant service, 4:30 p.m. April 17, woods behind Southeast 19th Street. Derrick Lee Lyons, 34, of Warren was arrested on a warrant from Columbia County.

Warrant service, 2:15 a.m. April 19, Warrenton Mini Mart. Kristina M. Andrews, 51, of Vancouver, Wash., was arrested on a failure-to-appear warrant.

Thefts and burglaries

Shoplifting, 11:35 a.m. April 18, Walmart. Mireya Conrad, 41, of Seaside was cited for third-degree theft after she allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for $86 in batteries, shorts, and a drill.

Stolen bicycle with baby trailer, 8:26 a.m. April 19, 400 block West Marine Drive, Astoria. Suspect, who has not been arrested, is believed to have taken the bike to Warrenton.

Suspicious circumstances and disturbances

Trespassing, 9 a.m. April 13, Marlin Avenue Coin Laundry. Aaron R. Beeman, 20, of Astoria was cited for second-degree criminal trespassing.

Man urinating on a wall in an “associates only” back room, 12:28 p.m. April 13, Walmart. Derrick D. Shirley, 32, of Tucson, Ariz., was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct and third-degree theft, after police recovered three pairs of sunglasses from the store that allegedly had been concealed on the man.

Disturbance, 5:55 p.m. April 13, Fred Meyer parking lot. A man reported his vehicle was struck by a tow-behind cart attached to a bicycle. When he confronted the cyclist, he was threatened. Ricky Dean Sutton, 56, of Warrenton was cited for criminal menacing.

Disturbance, 10:16 a.m. April 16, Shilo Inn. Adam Lee Taylor, 25, of Warrenton was arrested on an outstanding warrant and trespassed from the location.

Female screaming, 12:37 p.m. April 18, 1500 block Southeast Willow Drive. Michael J. Orazio, 37, of Warrenton was arrested on a probation violation.

Customer refusing to wear a mask and refusing to leave, 4:06 p.m. April 18, Walmart. Vladislav L. Shcheglyuk, 30, of Vancouver, Wash., was arrested on suspicion of two counts of criminal mischief, trespassing, resisting arrest, interfering with a police officer, and assaulting a police officer.

Traffic stop, 10:23 p.m. April 13, East Harbor Drive. Driver cited for driving without privileges.

Vehicle into parked car, no injuries, 10 a.m. April 14, Walmart parking lot.

Speeding, 1:37 p.m. April 14, Ridge Road near Parkview Apartments. Driver cited for going 60 in a 45 mph zone and for driving while suspended.

Traffic stop, 7:29 p.m. April 14, near Warrenton Mini Mart. Driver cited for driving while suspended and having no insurance.

Traffic stop, 8:50 p.m. April 14, Ensign and Discovery lanes. Driver cited for having no operator’s license.

Unsafe driving, 3:45 p.m. April 15, Southwest Second Street at Southwest Main Court. Scott D. Mueller, 70, of Warrenton was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants. His blood-alcohol level was recorded at 0.07 percent.

Hit-and-run collision, 5:14 p.m. April 15, Costco parking lot.

Traffic stop, 5:42 p.m. April 15, near Robinson Community Park. Driver cited for having no license or insurance.

Vehicle lost a tire, which caused a minor two-vehicle collision, 6:20 p.m. April 15, North Main Avenue at Fourth Street.

Hit-and-run collision, 2:56 p.m. April 16, Walmart.

Speeding, 11:25 a.m. April 17, Ridge Road at soccer fields. Driver cited for going 65 in a 45 mph zone.

Running a stop light, 12:30 p.m. April 17, Ensign and Discovery lanes. Driver cited.

Running a stop sign, 12:46 p.m. April 17, South Main Avenue at Alternate Highway 101. Driver cited.

Traffic stop, 1:25 p.m. April 17, Harbor Drive at Marlin Avenue. Driver cited for driving while suspended and having no insurance.

Speeding, 1:45 p.m. April 17, Northwest Warrenton Drive at Ninth Street. Driver cited for going 55 in a 45 mph zone.

Speeding, 3:45 p.m. April 17, Ridge Road near Parkview Apartments. Driver cited for going 64 in a 45 mph zone.

Traffic stop, 6:20 a.m. April 19, Highway 101 at Neptune Avenue. Driver cited for driving while suspended.

Traffic stop, 7:47 p.m. April 19, South Main Avenue near Methodist church. Driver cited for driving while suspended and having no insurance.

Traffic stop, 4:50 p.m. April 19, South Main Avenue at 10th Place. Driver cited for driving while suspended and having no insurance.
