Warrants

Medical response, 5:40 p.m. May 20, 700 block Northwest Warrenton Drive. Luke Taylor Miehe, 48, of Warrenton was arrested on a warrant.

Warrant service, 7:45 p.m. May 20, Walmart. Timothy J. Hamness, 35, of Vancouver, Wash., was arrested on a warrant issued by Multnomah County.

Disturbance, 9:09 p.m. May 20, Fred Meyer. Daniel Neil Ashley, 44, no known address, was arrested on a warrant from parole and probation.

Warrant service, 7:12 p.m. May 23, 500 block South Main Avenue. Brandon Douglas May, 48, of Warrenton was arrested on a warrant from Warrenton Municipal Court. He was booked at Clatsop County Jail.

Thefts and burglaries

Shoplifting, 8:35 p.m. May 18, Walmart. Gary D. Beeler, 56, of Eagle Creek was cited for second-degree theft after he allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for $512 in towels, light bars and a drill.

Shoplifting, 9:14 p.m. May 20, Walmart. Nichole D. Roby, 19, of Portland was cited for third-degree theft after she allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for $84 in makeup, clothes and perfume.

Vehicle burglary, 10:23 p.m. May 21, 100 block Southwest Birch Avenue. A man reported someone broke into his vehicle and stole a $500 .38-caliber Rossi handgun.

Shoplifting, 7:10 p.m. May 23, Walmart. Jennifer R. Jordan, 25, of Seaview, Wash., was cited for second-degree theft after she allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for $495 in merchandise, including clothes, tools, a car stereo, and a boom box.

Shoplifting, 9:09 p.m. May 24, Walmart. Tyler J. Weitzel, 25, of Westport was cited for third-degree theft and criminal mischief after he allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for a flashlight and dashboard camera valued at $88.

Suspicious circumstances and disturbances

Trespassing, 2:35 p.m. May 18, woods between Ocean Crest Chevrolet and Warrenton Kia. Lori A. Lagerquist, 28, of Seaside and Sherry L. Garcia, 46, no known address, were cited for criminal trespassing after they were found camping on private property.

Counterfeit bill received, 11:44 a.m. May 20, 900 block Southeast Marlin Avenue.

Traffic stop, 12:21 a.m. May 20, South Main Avenue near high school. Driver cited for driving without a license and having no insurance.

Traffic stop, 12:40 a.m. May 20, South Main Avenue at Southwest Fourth Street. Driver cited for driving while suspended and having no insurance.

Traffic stop, 11:41 a.m. May 20, Southeast Third Avenue at South Main Avenue. Hayden L. Davis, 28, of Warrenton was cited for criminal driving while suspended and failing to install an interlock ignition device.

Traffic stop, 2:26 p.m. May 20, Alternate Highway 101 at South Main Avenue. Driver cited for having no insurance.

Hit-and-run collision, 8:52 p.m. May 20, Walmart parking lot. A woman reported her Honda Civic was struck while she was shopping.

Traffic stop, 1:50 p.m. May 22, Alternate Highway 101 at South Main Avenue. Driver cited for driving while suspended.

Traffic stop, 2:38 p.m. May 22, Highway 101 at Marlin Avenue. Driver cited for operating a vehicle without driving privileges, following too closely, and having no insurance.

Two-vehicle collision, 3:48 p.m. May 22, Fred Meyer parking lot. One driver was cited for having no insurance.
