Thefts and burglaries

Shoplifting, 4:16 p.m. June 29, Fred Meyer. Courtney Leigh Allen, 26, no known address, was cited for first-degree theft after she allegedly left the store with a shopping cart loaded with $1,095 in clothes, toiletries, food and other items. When confronted by store security, she ran to a black Ford Taurus with no license plates driven by a man. The vehicle was stopped by Warrenton police a short time later.

Suspicious circumstances and disturbances

Male yelling at timber cutters, 7:38 a.m. June 30, Highway 101 near Warrenton Kia. Brian Quaschnick, 50, no known address, was arrested on a felony warrant out of Clatsop County Circuit Court and cited for second-degree criminal trespassing.

Unknown woman banging on front door of house, 12:06 a.m. June 29, 200 block Southwest Cedar Avenue. Edinelza Martins Conrad, 44, of Warrenton was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless endangerment and failing to perform the duties of a driver after causing a collision with property damage. She was booked at Clatsop County Jail, where her blood-alcohol level was recorded at 0.17 percent.

Traffic

Hit-and-run collision, 2:30 p.m. June 27, Costco parking lot. A Castle Rock, Wash., woman reported her white Toyota 4-Runner was struck by an unknown vehicle.

Running a stop sign, 1:40 p.m. June 28, Alternate Highway 101 at Highway 101. Driver cited.

Traffic stop, 7:44 p.m. June 30, Alternate Highway 101 at South Main Avenue. Driver cited for failing to install an ignition interlock device and driving without a license.

Collision with possible injuries, 7:47 p.m. July 2, Highway 101 at Camp Rilea.

Single-vehicle rollover with possible injuries, 12:13 a.m. July 5, Highway 101 at Ocean Crest.

Two-vehicle collision with possible injuries, 2:43 p.m., Youngs Bay Bridge.

Male bicyclist struck by vehicle, 4:31 p.m. July 6, Youngs Bay Bridge.

Possible overdose, 12:38 a.m. July 4, 91100 block Highway 101.

Male with unknown medical problem, 4:04 p.m. July 4, Fred Meyer.

Male with diabetic issue, 4:25 p.m. July 4, 1800 block Ensign Lane.

Female having overdose, 7:13 p.m. July 4, behind Goodwill.

Female who forgot medication, 9:16 p.m. July 4, 0-100 block East Harbor Drive.

Pediatric seizure, 5:32 a.m. July 5, 1000 block Third Avenue.

Person having seizure, 2:59 a.m. July 6, Fort Stevens State Park.
