Warrants

Warrant service, 12:37 a.m. June 22, Southwest Third at Southwest Alder. Thai Demetrius Clappe, 35, of Astoria was arrested on a felony sheriff’s warrant.

Warrant service, 8:22 p.m. June 24, beach access near Delaura Beach Road. Adrienne Lynn Bighill Green, 41, of Naselle was arrested on a sheriff’s warrant.

Warrant service, 7:35 p.m. June 25, 0-100 block Southeast King Street. Patrick Ray Carlson, 29, of Warrenton was arrested on a contempt of court warrant.

Thefts and burglaries

Shoplifting, 10:11 p.m. June 22, Walmart. Patrick Ray Carlson, 29, of Warrenton and Paige Angelina Hart, 29, of Warrenton both were arrested on suspicion of second-degree theft and third-degree criminal mischief.

Shoplifting, 8:24 p.m. June 24, Walmart. Katrina Petra Frisbie, 32, of Vancouver, Wash., was arrested on suspicion of second-degree theft.

Suspicious circumstances/disturbances

Counterfeit bill, 4:21 p.m. June 16, Walgreens. A 42-year-old male attempted to use a fake $100 bill to purchase a gift card.

Man “messing with” the Parks Department truck, 8:55 p.m. June 20, Ocean View Cemetery. Ricky Dean Sutton, 53, of Warrenton was arrested on a parole board warrant and for providing false information to a police officer to avoid a citation.

Trespassing, 5:45 p.m. June 21, Fort Stevens Campground Loop E bathrooms. A couple who’d previously been trespassed from Fort Stevens had returned. William Shelton Coursey, 39, no known address, and Kari Jean Morse, 31, of Warrenton both were arrested on suspicion of criminal trespassing.

Vandalism, 1:06 p.m. June 22, 1400 block Southeast Discovery Lane. Someone left feces outside the store.

Barking dog, 3:15 p.m. June 22, 100 block Northwest Fourth Street. Owner was cited for prolonged barking/frequent noise.

Threats, 1:45 p.m. June 23, 1100 block Northwest Warrenton Drive. Kenneth S. Ballard, 61, of Warrenton was cited for criminal telephonic harassment.

Disorderly conduct, 2:30 p.m. June 24, 900 block East Harbor Drive. Lonie Charles Davis, 40, of Astoria was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct, theft and criminal mischief.

Trespassing, 8:15 p.m. June 25, Walmart. Katrina Petra Frisbie, 32, of Vancouver, Wash., was arrested on suspicion of first-degree criminal trespassing after having been arrested at the store a day prior.

Vehicles

Hit-and-run collision, 11:11 p.m. June 16, Ensign Lane at Highway 101. Driver was pulling out of a parking space, struck another vehicle and drove away. Witnesses provided his license plate to officers. Tyler John Tanksley, 26, of Astoria was cited for criminal failure to perform the duties of a driver.

Hit-and-run collision, 1 p.m. June 19, Walmart. Both drivers were negotiating the parking lot when one ran into the other and then sped away.

Hit-and-run collision, 5 p.m. June 19, Costco parking lot. The at-fault driver passed along faulty insurance paperwork.

Speeding, 6:45 p.m. June 21, Ridge Road at Park View Apartments. Driver cited for going 70 in a 45 mph zone.

Traffic stop, 6:15 p.m. June 22, four-way stop. Driver cited for driving while suspended.

Rear-end collision, 7:06 p.m. June 22, Highway 101 at Neptune. The driver who caused the collision was cited for following too closely, driving while suspended and driving without insurance.

Drunken driving, 1:05 a.m. June 23, Harbor Drive at Heron Street. Kersey Soule Corder, 25, of Seaside was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was booked at the Clatsop County Jail, where his blood-alcohol level was recorded at 0.20 percent.

Speeding, 2:05 p.m. June 23, Ridge Road near soccer fields. Driver cited for going 61 in a 45 mph zone.

Two-vehicle collision, 2:25 p.m. June 23, East Harbor Drive at Northeast Pacific. One driver cited for driving without a license and failure to obey a traffic-control device.
