** Warrants

Warrant service, 4:24 a.m. Aug 28, Robinson Community Park. Adrienne Lynn Bighill-Green, 41, of Naselle was arrested on a felony warrant out of Washington state. She was booked at Clatsop County Jail.

**Thefts/burglaries

Stolen bicycle, 4:19 p.m. Aug. 22, 1100 block Southeast Anchor Avenue. Kent brand mountain bike valued at $150.

Burglary, 5:54 p.m. Aug. 22, 100 block Southwest 14th Street. A TV valued at $937 was taken.

Shoplifting, 4:53 p.m. Aug 23, Walmart. Hannah L. Havranek, 27, with no known address, was cited for criminal second-degree theft and third-degree criminal mischief after she allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for $219 in clothes, shoes and other merchandise.

Shoplifting, 7:25 p.m. Aug. 24, Walmart. Maile A. Dupuy, 29, of Astoria was cited for third-degree theft and third-degree criminal mischief after she allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for $62 in food and merchandise.

** Suspicious circumstances/disturbances

Boat collision, 12:52 p.m. Aug. 23, Hammond Marina. A boat tied up at the dock was struck by another boat. Operator then got into a pickup and drove away.

** Vehicles

Two-vehicle rear-end collision, no injuries, 12:10 p.m. Aug. 20, Highway 101 near West Marine Drive. One driver cited for following too closely.

Two-vehicle rear-end collision, four injuries, 5:51 p.m. Aug. 20, Highway 101 south of Neptune Drive. One driver cited for following too closely. Two people were taken to Columbia Memorial Hospital; two people were treated at the scene.

Running a stop sign, 5:41 a.m. Aug. 21, South Main Avenue at Harbor Drive. Driver cited for failing to obey a traffic-control device.

Hit-and-run collision 12:36 p.m. Aug. 21, Fred Meyer parking lot.

Single vehicle off road, one injury, 3:16 p.m. Aug. 21, Highway 101 at the weigh station, one injury. Traffic stop, 10:55 p.m. Aug. 21, North Main Avenue at Southwest Alder Avenue. Driver cited for driving while suspended, failing to renew registration and failure to carry and present insurance.

Two-vehicle rear-end collision, no injuries, 4:04 p.m. Aug. 22, Highway 101 at Marlin Avenue. Driver cited for following too closely.

Running a stop sign, 5 a.m. Aug. 23, four-way stop. Driver cited for failing to obey a traffic-control device.

Vehicle vs. bicycle, 11:20 a.m. Aug. 23, Shilo Inn parking lot. The bicyclist, a 43-year-old Warrenton man, was treated for pain.

Two-vehicle rear-end collision, no injuries, 11:50 a.m. Aug. 23, Highway 101 north of Harbor Drive. Driver cited for following too closely and driving without insurance.

Moped vs. vehicle, one injury, 12:10 p.m. Aug. 24, Highway 101 and Dolphin Avenue, one injury. Speeding, 3:43 p.m. Aug. 24, South Main Avenue at Southwest 18th Street. Driver cited for going 48 in a 35 mph zone and for driving without a license.

Wrong-way driving, 5:40 p.m. Aug 24, South Main Avenue at Southwest Third Street. Driver cited. Speeding, 6:55 p.m. Aug 24, Ridge Road at Parkview Apartments. Driver cited for going 64 in a 45 mph zone.

Two-vehicle rear-end collision, no injuries, 1:37 p.m. Aug. 25, Ensign Lane east of Highway 101. All-terrain quad vs. parked fifth-wheel trailer, 1:30 a.m. Aug. 26, KOA campground. A 16-year-old Baltimore, Md., boy was injured when he road into a vehicle and became stuck underneath. He was taken to Columbia Memorial Hospital. Possible charges for drug or alcohol impairment are pending.

Fender-bender, 3:51 p.m. Aug. 26, Main Street Market parking lot.

Single-vehicle noninjury rollover, 6:19 p.m. Aug. 26, Highway 101 at Ensign Lane. Krysta N. Schluter, 20, of Hammond was cited for criminal reckless driving, also for going 60 in a 45 mph zone and for unsafe passing on the right.

Vehicle into tree, 5:35 p.m. Aug. 27, Jetty Road north of Battery Russell, Fort Stevens State Park. Cameron Val Villarreal, 26, of Washougal, Wash., was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants and booked at Clatsop County Jail.
