** Warrants

Warrant service, 4:07 p.m. Aug. 29, 91800 block Highway 104. Kenneth Leon Standring, 21, of Warrenton was arrested on a warrant from Washington County.

** Thefts and burglaries

Shoplifting, 7:53 a.m. Aug. 27, Walmart. Kenneth Leon Standring, 21, of Seaside was cited for criminal third-degree theft, third-degree criminal mischief and unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

Shoplifting, 11 a.m. Aug. 29, Walmart. Ashly Dawn Dafoe, 23, of Ilwaco was cited for criminal second-degree theft after she allegedly left the store without paying for $130 in clothes and other merchandise.

** Suspicious circumstances/disturbances

Male screaming and throwing things, 5:47 p.m. Aug. 15, Fort Stevens State Park. Man was looking for his lost wife; wife was found.

Dog bite, 6:48 p.m. Aug. 27, 900 block Ridge Road. Reported by CMH urgent care after victim sought medical treatment.

Female yelling, 3:40 a.m. Aug. 29, behind Goodwill. Frank Nimz, 37, with no known address in Seaside, was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of methamphetamine.

** Vehicles

Running a stoplight, 4:10 p.m. Aug. 27, Highway 101 at Marlin Avenue. Driver cited for driving while suspended and failing to obey a traffic-control device.

Speeding, 3:27 p.m. Aug. 29, Ensign Lane at Southeast 19th Street. Driver cited for going 63 in a 35 mph zone.

Three-vehicle noninjury collision, 3:11 p.m. Aug. 31, Highway 101 south of Camp Rilea.

Two-vehicle noninjury collision, 7:33 p.m. Sept. 1, 900 block Pacific Drive.
