** Thefts and burglaries

Shoplifting, 12:53 p.m. Oct. 19, Rite Aid. Hannah L. Havranek, 27, no known address, was cited for criminal third-degree theft.

Shoplifting, 9 p.m. Oct. 23, Rite Aid. Woman with two-colored hair (half pink) left store without paying for items. Subject could not be located.

Shoplifting, 3:45 p.m. Oct. 25, Walmart. Frank William Seaman, 41, no known address, was cited for criminal third-degree theft.

Shoplifting, 5 p.m. Oct. 26, Walmart. Tiffany Lynn MacPherson, 34, of Seaside was cited for criminal third-degree theft and criminal mischief.

Shoplifting, 11:21 p.m. Oct. 27, Walmart. Subject was found in parking lot and trespassed from location.

Shoplifting, 9:27 p.m. Oct. 28, Walmart. Christopher J. Beeman, 36, of Warrenton was cited for criminal third-degree theft.

** Suspicious circumstances/disturbances

Disorderly conduct, 9:52 a.m. Oct. 12, Walmart. Paul Lee Roebuck, 46, no known address, was cited for criminal disorderly conduct.

Stray pit bull, 8 p.m. Oct. 23, Northwest Ninth Street. Dog dragging a black nylon leash was taken to the animal shelter.

Contempt of court, 3:38 p.m. Oct. 24, 1500 block Southeast Willow Drive. Brian William Scott, 27, of Warrenton was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Male holding a knife threw a stick at a car, 1:12 p.m. Oct. 28, Ensign Lane near Costco. Lonie Charles Davis, 40, of Astoria was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct.

Disturbance, 5:26 p.m. Oct. 28, Walmart. William Brian Stephens Jr., 26, of Astoria was cited for third-degree criminal mischief.

Feeding wildlife, 5:34 p.m. Oct. 29, 400 block Northwest Ridge Road. Neighbors complained a woman is feeding raccoons, a violation of city law. Woman was contacted and warned.

Trespassing, 10:20 p.m. Oct. 29, Fred Meyer. Orion S. Adamson, 43, no known address, was cited for second-degree criminal trespassing.

** Vehicles

Two-vehicle noninjury collision 1:35 p.m. Oct. 23, Harbor Drive at Galena Avenue. One driver cited for following too closely, driving without an operator’s license and driving without insurance.

Two-vehicle noninjury rear-end crash, 4:09 p.m. Oct. 24, Highway 101 at Premarq Center. One driver cited for following too closely.

Vehicle vs bridge, one injury, 7:52 p.m. Oct. 24, Alternate Highway 101 at Skipanon River, one injury.

Vehicle vs utility pole, noninjury, 11:43 a.m. Oct. 25, Highway 104 at milepost 5.

Illegal U-turn, 3:15 p.m. Oct. 25, Ensign Lane near Highway 101. Driver cited.

Reckless driving, 9:10 p.m. Oct. 25, Alternate Highway 101 at South Main Avenue. Kassey Leeann Brockett, 38, of Astoria was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants and for operating a vehicle without driving privileges and driving without insurance.

Speeding, 8:54 a.m. Oct. 26, Ridge Road near South Jetty Road. Driver cited for going 72 in a 45 mph zone.

Traffic stop, 8:02 p.m. Oct. 27, Neptune at Highway 101. Saul Cedino-Garcia, 64, of Astoria was cited for criminal failure to carry and present a license.

Traffic stop, 10:37 p.m. Oct. 27, Highway 101 at Marlin Avenue. Driver cited for driving while suspended, failing to carry insurance and failing to renew registration.

Vehicle vs. elk, 9:49 p.m. Oct. 29, 1100 block Northwest Warrenton Drive. Vehicle had left the scene; elk was euthanized.

Speeding, 8:05 a.m. Oct 30, 1700 block South Main Avenue. Driver cited for going 31 mph in a 20 mph school zone.
