** Thefts and burglaries

Burglary, 9:19 a.m. Nov. 9, 1400 block Snowberry Lane. Two contractors reported $2,435 in tools and microwaves were stolen overnight from an apartment complex under construction.

Vehicle burglary, 3:17 p.m. Nov. 10, 1600 block Northwest Warrenton Drive. Stolen were two cell phone chargers.

Shoplifting, 10:20 p.m. Nov. 11, Walmart. Hali Kristine Murray, 21, of Long Beach, Wash., was arrested on suspicion of third-degree theft and third-degree criminal mischief.

Shoplifting, 5:40 p.m. Nov. 12, Walmart. Tia Alexandra Wieckowski, 29, of Astoria was arrested on suspicion of identity theft and forgery and booked at Clatsop County Jail.

Theft of propane tanks mounted on trailer, 11:09 a.m. Nov. 14, 1200 block South Main Avenue. Loss valued at $240.

** Suspicious circumstances/disturbances

Trespassing, 3:45 p.m. Nov. 12, Walmart. Ricky Lee Sutton, 54, of Warrenton was arrested on suspicion of second-degree criminal trespassing.

Criminal mischief, 10:01 a.m. Nov. 13, Fort Stevens State Park. Park host’s awning, valued at $1,500, was slashed.

Illegal camping, 3 p.m. Nov. 14, property adjacent to Highway 101 and Ensign Lane. A couple with no known address from Astoria were cited for drinking in public and illegal camping.

Male breaking glass in parking lot, 12:19 a.m. Nov. 15, lighthouse museum at four-way stop. Steven Michael Wolf, 41, no known address in Warrenton, was taken into custody after running and attempting to jump off the Skipanon Bridge on Harbor Drive. After a short pursuit, he was arrested on suspicion of offensive littering, disorderly conduct, interfering with a police officer and resisting arrest.

** Vehicles

Abandoning a vehicle, 10:20 a.m. Nov. 6, Warrenton Marina. Driver cited.

Two-vehicle collision with injuries, 2:41 p.m. Nov. 8, Highway 101 at Youngs Bay Bridge. Ashley Nichole Haney, 28, of Vancouver, Wash., was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants. Both drivers received minor injuries but refused medical treatment.

Traffic stop, 11:21 p.m. Nov. 9, Harbor Drive at Anchor Avenue. Driver cited for driving while suspended, failing to register vehicle and driving without insurance.

Traffic stop, 12:42 a.m. Nov. 10, Southwest Second Street at Southwest Elm Avenue. Driver cited for failing to carry and present insurance.

Speeding, 2:54 a.m. Nov. 10, Highway 101 at Young’s Bay Bridge. Driver cited for going 75 in a 45 mph zone.

Hit and run with property damage, 10:45 a.m. Nov. 10, Fred Meyer parking lot. Mark Eugene Adams, 53, of Warrenton was cited for criminal hit and run and driving without insurance.

Running a stoplight, 1:45 p.m. Nov. 10, Highway 101 at Marlin Avenue. Driver cited.

Drunken driving, 7 p.m. Nov. 10, Highway 101 at Dolphin. Larry Gene Kelly, 45, of Olympia, Wash., was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants and driving while suspended.

Running a stop sign, 6:18 a.m. Nov. 11, four-way stop. Driver cited for failing to obey a traffic-control device.

Traffic stop, 3:49 p.m. Nov. 11, Marine Avenue, Astoria. Douglas Cooper Meyer, 64, of Astoria was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants and cited for operating a vehicle without driving privileges.

Child driving a vehicle, 4:15 p.m. Nov. 13, Southwest First Street at Southwest Alder Court. A 79-year-old Warrenton woman was cited for allowing an 11-year-old to drive her 2001 Chevrolet Lumina.

Vehicle into building, no injuries, 1:55 p.m. Nov. 14, Oregon Liquor Store.

Two-vehicle noninjury collision, 3:41 p.m. Nov. 14, Highway 101 at Perkins Lane.

Vehicle into ditch, no injuries, 6:49 p.m. Nov. 14, 1500 block Northwest Warrenton Drive.

Fire alarm pulled, 752 a.m. Nov. 14, Warrenton High School.

Cat stuck behind water heater, 10:22 p.m. Nov. 14, 500 block Northwest Ridge Road.

Water flow alarm, 8:14 a.m. Nov. 16, 800 block Southwest Cedar Avenue.

Female with difficulty breathing, 3:33 p.m. Nov. 12, 200 block Southwest Alder Avenue.

Male with chest pain, 10:37 p.m. Nov. 12, 90900 block Highway 101.

Male fall patient, 3:14 a.m. Nov. 13, 1100 block South Main Avenue.
